What "verified" means on Clintro
What "verified" means on Clintro
You'll see a verified badge on some clinics across Clintro. It's not a decoration — here's what stands behind it.
What verification covers
- The clinic is who it says it is — name, location and contact details are confirmed.
- The profile is actively maintained by the clinic's own staff.
- Bookings and messages go to the real clinic team, not a middleman.
What it doesn't replace
Verification is about identity and accountability, not a medical endorsement. Your own consultation questions still matter — see our guide:
The consultation checklistWhy clinics verify
Verified clinics stand out in search and browsing, and customers understandably prefer them. It's a paid commitment — which is exactly the point: it signals a clinic that invests in being accountable on the platform.
See a clinic without a badge? It can still be excellent — the badge just means Clintro has done part of your homework for you.
