How Bookings Work
Clintro helps you discover clinics and makes it easy to book treatments. Whether you book directly through Clintro or find a clinic on our platform and book through their own website, the booking agreement is always between you and the clinic. Clintro facilitates discovery and ease of booking but is not a party to the booking itself.
Cancelling a Booking
To cancel or reschedule, contact the clinic directly. Each clinic sets its own cancellation policy, including notice periods and any applicable fees. You can usually find the clinic's contact details on their Clintro profile or on the booking confirmation you received.
Cancellation Policies Vary
Because each clinic operates independently, cancellation terms differ. Some clinics offer free cancellation up to 24 or 48 hours before the appointment, while others may charge a fee for late cancellations or no-shows. Always check the clinic's cancellation policy before confirming your booking.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by the clinic according to their own policy. If you paid through the clinic's website or at the venue, the clinic is responsible for processing any refund. If you have difficulty reaching the clinic or resolving a dispute, you can contact us and we will do our best to help.
Our Role
Clintro is a platform for discovering and connecting with clinics. We do not process payments on behalf of clinics and are not responsible for cancellation fees, refunds, or disputes between you and a clinic. We are happy to assist where we can, but the final resolution is between you and the provider.
Tips
- Read the clinic's cancellation policy before you book.
- Save your booking confirmation, including any reference numbers.
- Cancel as early as possible to avoid fees.
- If you need to reschedule, ask the clinic if they can move your appointment instead of cancelling.
